Three AFFORDABLE things I think you should know about

I love when I find a *good* product that is also affordable. I love to treat myself and I only use *good* skincare but when something is under $20 it just makes me so much happier. You instantly feel like you are winning at life. So let’s do an AFFORDABLE thursday 3 today.

1. This $15 hydrating + barrier serum has saved my skin after over doing it in the sun (it happens to the best of us). I have been using it daily beacuse I love how it does not pill or ball up. It is fragrance free and does a great job hydrating and making my skin look plump. As someone who is constantly putting serums galore all over my face- I definitely deal with irriation and sensitivity as a result of experiments gone wrong. This light serum has help my skin bounce back faster than before.

2. My current favorite everyday sunscreen- this is the lightest sunscreen you will ever put on your face. I feel confident about saying that! It is from the Korean brand Beauty of Joseon and I love turning people on to this one! This is the creme de la creme of all sunscreens because it is super affordable and feels like nothing you have ever used before. no scent, no tint, no pilling, and actually sheer. This is also great as a summer moisturizer. As of now you need to order from websites like Olive & Young or YesStyle so keep in mind this isn’t fasts shipping by any means. It’s going to take a week or two to make it’s way to you. But when it does you are going to want to give me a huggggg!

2. This nail polish shade! I’m giving up on salon gel manicures for as long as I can possibly hold out. It’s time for nail rehab- I’m so tired of thin, scraggly, uneven nails. I have always used Olive & June nail polishes as my detox polish since it allows my nails to grow out healthy but also lasts.

   Does it last as long as a salon gel manicure? Not for me. I think that’s also because if you have strong nails it will last longer but if you have weaker nails (like me!) it won’t hold on as long. I do get about 5 days out of this 2 minute manicure.

   Quick Dry has been my go-to! I am the queen of smudging nails before they are fully dry. I don’t do that with O&J quick dry polishes!
