Thursday Three
Three things helping me ease into summer
Summer is always funny because everyone talks about simplifying their routines, but somehow mine always end up getting busier.
More travel.
More sun.
More time outside.
More excuses to forget to drink water.
So this week’s Thursday Three is all about the things helping me feel a little more balanced as we head into summer.
1. The inside-out ritual I keep coming back to
The inside-out ritual I keep coming back to
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I’m constantly testing skincare. Serums. Moisturizers. Devices. Masks. Treatments.
But the older I get, the more I realize that great skin isn’t just about what goes on your face.
It’s also about hydration, recovery, and consistency.
One of the rituals I’ve been relying on lately is the Pique Radiant Skin Duo. I started incorporating it during a season that has felt especially busy with travel, long days, and plenty of time in the sun.
What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t feel like another complicated wellness routine. It’s simple, takes less than a minute, and fits naturally into my day.
The duo combines Sun Goddess Matcha for calm, focused energy and antioxidant support, with B·T Fountain, a beauty electrolyte powered by clinically studied ceramides that support the skin barrier and deep hydration from within.
As we move into summer, I’m focusing less on doing more and more on supporting my skin from every angle. For me, that means thinking about hydration and overall wellness alongside my skincare routine.
No complicated steps.
No twelve-product protocol.
Just consistency.
If you’ve been looking for a simple way to support hydration, energy, and overall wellness from the inside out, Pique is currently offering 20% off for life plus free gifts on the Radiant Skin Duo when you use my link: https://piquelife.com/alexarsd
2. The moisturizer I’m reaching for right now
Summer skincare is always a balancing act.
I want enough hydration to keep my skin comfortable, but I don’t want anything heavy sitting on my face when it’s warm outside.
Lately I’ve been reaching for Tatcha The Dewy Milk Moisturizer.
It gives my skin that healthy, dewy finish I love, but feels much lighter than many of the richer moisturizers I typically use during the winter months.
I’ve been wearing it under sunscreen and makeup and it layers beautifully without feeling greasy. If you’re someone who wants hydration without that “I can feel my moisturizer” sensation, this is worth looking at.
3. Find a tennis court
Not a tennis lesson.
Not a cute tennis outfit.
Just a tennis court.
One of the best things I’ve done for myself this year is spend more time playing tennis. And let me be very clear: you do not need to know what you’re doing.
Half the fun is figuring it out.
Tennis is often cited as one of the healthiest sports for longevity because it combines movement, coordination, balance, strength, and social connection all at once.
You don’t need to be good.
You don’t need a fancy club membership.
You don’t even need to keep score.
Grab a racquet, find a public court, and hit a few balls around with a friend.
Summer is supposed to be fun.
I’d love to know: what’s one thing you’re bringing into your summer routine this year? ☀️
